Healthcare Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of digital health solutions that transform patient care, streamline provider workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading complex projects, strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance frameworks, and integration standards. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of digital health solutions.
  • Design secure, scalable architectures aligned with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare privacy standards.
  • Integrate systems and platforms across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Facilitate collaboration and discovery workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
  • Provide governance and best practices across configuration, data models, and integrations.
  • Mentor and guide teams and professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading complex projects (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance frameworks, and integration standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant or Application Architect.
