We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our Visitor Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert information and advice to visitors about local attractions, accommodation options, and regional tourism products.

**About the Role**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide accurate information to visitors about local attractions, events, and activities.
  • Play a key role in promoting regional tourism products and services, including merchandise and ticket sales.

**Key Requirements**

  • Certificate III in Tourism or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a visitor information centre or a related tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing skills, with experience in retail, cash handling, and reconciliation.
