Job Title: Manager Information Services

 

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking leader to shape the digital future of our region. As a Manager Information Services, you will lead our dynamic Information Services team and drive the delivery of innovative, customer-focused digital solutions that support Council's operations and community outcomes.

This leadership role reports to the Director Corporate and Community and is responsible for managing the planning, development and delivery of Council's information, communication and technology services. You will lead the team through continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring systems and infrastructure are secure, future-focused, and aligned with Council's vision and objectives.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • A strong track record of leading and managing the operations and delivery of functions for the Information Services section, with a culture of excellence in customer service and continual improvement.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in Local Government operations, including cyber security, administrator services, IT integrations and user support, software/hardware upgrades, software licencing management and audit requirements.
  • Proven thorough knowledge of information services functions associated with Local Government operations.
