Property Portfolio Manager

A Property Portfolio Manager plays a key role in the success of clients' investment properties. They are responsible for end-to-end property portfolio management, processing rental applications, conducting regular inspections, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining property condition.

  • Manage a small to medium-sized growing portfolio of residential or commercial properties.
  • Process timely rental applications and ensure lease renewals.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain condition and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and finalize all necessary documents, including leases and bond disbursements.
Key Requirements

We seek an experienced Property Portfolio Manager with a genuine passion for the industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management.
  • A current Certificate of Registration and clean drivers license.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
