Homes4 Rent invites you to join us as our Home Matchmaker, officially known as our Leasing & Client Engagement Specialist – the friendly face and driving force behind our leasing and office admin team.
In this role, you'll combine your love for real estate with strong communication skills to connect great tenants with the right properties and owners and providing practical support to the office, property management and sales departments.
YOUR ROLEAs our Home Matchmaker, you'll be more than just reception and leasing – you'll be the team's all-rounder.
Your day will include: Hosting open homes and welcoming prospective tenants.
Building and nurturing relationships with clients and applicants.
Managing the end-to-end leasing process, including processing applications and tenant selection.
Assisting the property management team with entries, routine inspections, and other tenancy admin tasks.
Handling front-of-house duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing key loans.
Providing sales administration and office assistance to support the broader team.
This role gives you the independence to run the leasing portfolio while enjoying the support and collaboration of a dynamic team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Sales Registration Certificate and current driver's licence.
A genuine interest in learning and growing within real estate.
