Remote Patient Engagement Role

We are seeking a skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Patient Engagement Coordinator on a casual basis, working from home.

This role would be ideal for someone with a medical background looking for flexibility in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To engage with past patients to book appointments and follow up with them in a timely manner.
  • To respond to online inquiries and convert them into bookings within the required timeframe.
  • To manage live chat enquires and provide excellent customer service.
  • To assist centres with managing changes to appointment books and ensure smooth operations.
  • To make high-volume patient calls and report on call success.

Requirements:

  • A professional telephone manner is essential for this role.
  • Experience in the medical industry or call centre would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact with patients and colleagues effectively.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key requirements.
  • Self-managed and minimal supervision is required for this role.
  • Authorised to work in Australia is a must.
