A successful Commercial Client Specialist will play a vital role in our organization, driving business growth through exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding: Welcoming commercial clients and guiding them through the account opening process.
  • Account Maintenance: Providing top-notch customer service to resolve account-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Credit Transaction Facilitation: Collaborating with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to close and fund commercial credit transactions accurately.
  • Portfolio Management: Assigning and managing a portfolio of commercial clients for ongoing service and administration.
About You
  • You have an Associate's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • You possess a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a financial institution supporting commercial clients, preferably with CSI and LaserPro experience.
  • You bring strong analytical skills, effective collaboration, adaptability, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
