Bloom Maintenance Services is seeking a strategic Commercial Business Growth Manager to expand its commercial client base and shape the future of the business.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales or business development, strong networks across property groups, FM firms, or councils, and excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new commercial business leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Prepare and submit professional proposals and tenders that meet clients' needs and expectations.
- Represent Bloom Maintenance at industry and networking events to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
- Track, report, and forecast sales pipeline activity to inform business decisions and optimize growth strategies.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong network of contacts within property groups, FM firms, or councils.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
