This is a hybrid leadership role sitting at the intersection of social media, influencer/talent, and client service. The position requires someone with deep expertise in influencer and talent marketing who can run that capability end-to-end, while also operating at a Client Service Director level to lead client relationships, shape briefs, manage commercials, and oversee large-scale social accounts and teams.

Client Services Director – Social & Talent

You'll be responsible for:

Day to day management of Talent team and offering — leading our influencer and creator capability, managing talent strategy, execution and measurement.

Operating at CSD level, balancing commercial leadership with trusted client partnership—shaping briefs through close collaboration, managing major accounts with empathy and strategic clarity, and driving sustained business growth.

You'll be an inspiring leader and a commercially sharp operator who is not only on the cutting edge of social and talent, but has a proven track record of using these channels to drive real impact for brands. You'll guide and mentor a large team, build high-trust client relationships, and ensure Hello continues to set the pace in both social and influencer marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & Team Development
  • In partnership with the Director of Social & Talent, lead Hello's Social & Talent offering, inspiring and setting the vision for the team.
  • Manage and mentor Account Directors across social & talent and their teams; ensure best-in-class client service, staff development, and succession planning.
  • Build and manage structures that align resourcing with revenue forecasts while maintaining strong profit margins.
  • Drive recruitment, retention and growth of top talent in social, client service and influencer.
  • Champion a thriving, collaborative and ambitious agency culture.
Influencer & Talent
  • Head up Hello's influencer and creator offering across the agency.
  • Oversee talent identification, negotiations, contracting, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure influencer work delivers against both client KPIs and creative ambition.
  • Build frameworks and reporting to measure effectiveness, ROI and compliance.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts, emerging platforms, creator economy trends and regulatory changes.
  • Position Hello as a leader in influencer and talent marketing in the region.
Client Service & Commercial
  • Own and grow senior client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to marketing leaders.
  • Shape briefs, lead pitches, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive business value.
  • Provide commercial stewardship: manage budgets, forecast revenue, deliver against profitability targets.
  • Spot opportunities to expand scope with existing clients and lead on new business wins.
  • Act as an escalation point for clients and teams, balancing commercial discipline with creative ambition.
Creative & Strategic Contribution
  • Champion big social and influencer ideas — create the conditions for great work.
  • Inspire teams to push creative boundaries while staying strategically grounded.
  • Interpret client business needs and turn them into compelling social and talent strategies.
  • Drive innovation across functions to future-proof Hello's offering.
What you\'ll bring
  • Proven experience leading large social/integrated teams within an agency environment.
  • Deep expertise in influencer/talent marketing — from talent management to campaign delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen: confident with revenue targets, forecasting and growth strategies.
  • Experience managing senior clients, pulling briefs, and shaping big programmes of work.
  • A record of developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Strategic, creative and commercially balanced thinking.
  • Charisma, diplomacy and emotional intelligence in relationship management.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple large projects.
