Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Enterprise Advisory team at KPMG. As a Manager, you will lead a small team and consult on projects to our mid-market clients, providing strategic level advice and support on major reforms and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate business strategies and advise on business and operating models to enable growth and build organizational resilience.
  • Advises on major government policy reforms and evaluates government programs.
  • Develops business cases for major infrastructure and technology investments.
  • Manages transformation programs and projects.
  • Delivers high-quality, forward-thinking, and innovative solutions for a range of clients.
  • Sustains long-term relationships with our clients, founded on integrity and trust.

Requirements

  • Tertiary-level education in commerce, business, finance, marketing, technology or similar degrees.
  • Project management qualifications (desirable).
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with an ability to formulate strategic options to complex problems.
  • An understanding of how organisations can structure their operations to build resilience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of financial implications decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and analysis techniques to complex problems.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles.
  • Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes.
  • An appreciation for digital technology strategies and the role technology in enhancing customer experience.
