We're looking for an experienced data analyst to join our operations team in Perth. The role involves analyzing business performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Translate complex data into clear and concise presentations and reports for leadership.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of business initiatives and provide post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a global matrix organisation with a strong service delivery and customer focused ethos.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to be able to work with diverse stakeholders and clients but also strong relationship building and influencing skills to enable complex data to be translated into clear and concise presentations to leadership.
