Job Requirements- A strong passion for delivering exceptional care experiences
- A self-motivated leader with the ability to take ownership of their work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Qualification as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- A valid driver's license
- A National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- Provide personalized care experiences that are genuine, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs
- Deliver care according to client care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients and use equipment safely and effectively
- Accurately and thoroughly complete records and documentation
- Conduct regular nursing assessments
