- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure proper documentation of medication records.
- Conduct health assessments and report any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
- Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
