Key Responsibilities- Fully assess patient health problems and needs to inform accurate and effective care planning
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing care plans that promote positive patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records to inform future care decisions
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues to empower informed decision-making
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless and cohesive care

- Holding a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Possessing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex care scenarios
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards patients and their families
- Willngness to participate in ongoing education and training to maintain professional competence
