We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Enrolled Nurse.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and personal hygiene assistance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident autonomy and dignity.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address resident concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

What We Look For

  • Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
