Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a focus on IT to lead international projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contemporary project management methodologies and tools, demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges, maintain an active engagement in company culture, and contribute to team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in close collaboration with clients;
  • Oversee the development of tailored complex client-server solutions;
  • Work alongside a diverse international team of experts;
  • Analyze project requirements, develop estimates, and create tasks and documentation;
  • Participate in company events and internal initiatives;
  • Provide mentorship and assist in the recruitment process;
Qualifications
  • Technical expertise;
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Gantt;
  • Proven ability to plan and organize project workflows;
  • Understanding of Scrum methodologies, including roles, events, and rules;
  • Experience in managing requirements and preparing reports;
  • Track task delivery and monitor progress;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Capacity to make informed decisions and accept accountability;
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written (B2 level);
  • Experience working in a team environment;
