Position Overview:

As an Integration Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Games Portfolio, driving innovation and excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The following outlines the primary duties and skills expected from an Integration Project Manager:

  1. Oversee the complete delivery of Masters games, from initial work order through to release and ongoing maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet quality and budget expectations.
  2. Manage the entire Partner integration process for designated Partner accounts with a proactive approach.
  3. Act as the principal point of contact for all assigned integration tasks, coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth handovers.
  4. Ensure that all integration tasks are executed with the utmost quality and compliance, maximizing revenue and return on investment.
  5. Maintain exceptional communication and responsiveness with all stakeholders throughout the integration and quality assurance phases.
  6. Foster a customer-focused mindset while implementing and sustaining quality assurance practices.
  7. Provide constructive feedback for workflow enhancements aimed at improving customer and partner onboarding processes, reducing time to market while upholding high standards.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key content partners, conducting regular performance reviews and documenting partner capabilities.
  9. Contribute to the development of operational methods and practices that promote excellence in integration and quality assurance.
  10. Coordinate integration tasks with relevant stakeholders to ensure well-managed, timely, and effective project execution.
  11. Identify potential upsell opportunities and communicate these to the Commercial team.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  13. Oversee outsourced work, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and representing the company positively to external vendors.
  14. Contribute to the content strategy for the Masters program.
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:
  1. At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the iGaming or Software sectors.
  2. Previous technical experience in roles such as Support or Analyst.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling complex projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external parties.
  6. Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Possess relevant technical skills.
  8. Fluency in English is essential.
