About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager, specializing in IT, to work on international projects. The ideal candidate has experience in modern project management methodologies and tools, is not afraid of challenging tasks, has an active life position, and is ready to participate in company life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver custom complex client-server solutions.
  • Work closely with an international team of professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyse requirements, work on estimates, create tasks, and documentation to ensure project success.
  • Participate in company events, internal projects, and mentor junior team members.
  • Requirements:
    • Technical background
    • Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Gantt
    • Ability to plan and organize project working process
    • Understanding of Scrum principles, roles, events, rules
    • Ability to work with requirements, reports preparation
    • Control of tasks delivery and progress tracking
    • Great communicational and teamwork skills
    • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
    • Strong English verbal and written communication skills (B2)
    • Teamwork experience
