We are seeking an experienced and passionate Swim School Manager to lead one of our largest and most dynamic swim schools in Queensland.
About the Role:
The Swim School Manager will be responsible for the growth, quality, and success of our Learn to Swim program. Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching Quality: Ensuring teaching quality across all levels, from infants to squad swimmers;
- Culture Development: Driving a culture of progression, engagement, and high-quality instruction;
- Program Standards: Implementing and monitoring consistent teaching standards;
- Program Evolution: Continuously evolving the program to stay industry-leading and results-driven;
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading large swim schools;
- Taching Expertise: A passion for high-quality, progression-focused teaching & coaching;
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills, able to motivate, develop & retain a large team;
- Growth Management: Experience growing swim programs while maintaining exceptional quality;
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience;
- Operational Excellence: Excellent operational & business acumen, able to manage budgets, KPIs & rostering;
