Job Summary

This leadership position involves mentoring a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and seamless operations in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across the Inner North Brisbane Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding their team, ensuring high-quality care, and driving business growth. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide a team of dedicated educators to achieve exceptional care standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and foster a welcoming environment for children and families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma / Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
