Role Overview:

As a Relief OSHC Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Outside School Hours Care services in Brisbane's Inner North. This opportunity allows you to grow into leadership and develop your skills in creating positive experiences for children and families.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide a team of dedicated educators, ensuring exceptional care and efficient operations.
  • Support OSHC services across the Inner North Brisbane Region and may involve some travel requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong connections with children, families, and the community at large.


Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines is mandatory.
  • A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid certification, CPR training, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis management are required.
  • A strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place framework, is essential.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred), are necessary for success in this role.
