About the Role :

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you'll step into a leadership role where your enthusiasm and expertise will shine. You'll mentor and guide a team of committed educators, ensuring exceptional care and seamless operations.

We are seeking a motivated problem solver who thrives on challenges and brings a flexible, adaptable approach.

This role involves supporting OSHC services across the Inner North Brisbane Region and will involve some travel.

• Diploma in Children\'s Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma / Anaphylaxis
  
• A strong understanding of Childcare legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place
  
• Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
  
• Proven leadership and team development skills
