About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. The successful candidate will have experience working with the Victorian Koori community and a strong understanding of cultural protocols.


Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Engagement: Develop and implement culturally appropriate strategies to attract and recruit Koori talent for various roles within the justice system.
  • Support and Development: Provide ongoing support and development opportunities to ensure the success of Koori employees throughout their employment journey.
  • Cultural Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to review and update policies ensuring cultural alignment and integrity.

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience working with the Victorian Koori community.
  • Strong understanding of cultural protocols and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
