The Investor Services Associate role is focused on handling both inbound and outbound calls to provide exemplary customer service to clients. This position involves managing a portfolio of funds for various clients, providing outstanding verbal and written customer service, and being the first contact point for investors, financial advisors, and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor queues within our CRM (AWD) and ensure Service Level Agreements are met daily

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer services experience in a call centre
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • An understanding and interest in financial markets
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
