We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Officer. This role will involve working closely with specialist teams to develop and implement projects that improve health service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Project Development: Participate in the development and implementation of specific projects and initiatives to improve health service delivery, ensuring high levels of work performance and completion of projects within agreed timeframes, quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with local health districts and specialty health networks to formulate strategies to achieve improvements in the provision of health services for Aboriginal people.
- Statewide Planning: Contribute to the development of statewide plans and strategies for the development and implementation of health management across localities.
- Community Development: Facilitate and enable community development activities, including networking with government, non-government, and community agencies, and communities statewide.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with local health districts and specialty health networks and other stakeholders to build capacity to deliver efficient and effective health services.
- Project Management: Proven experience in project management, including project planning, coordination, and evaluation.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with specialist teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Culture and Communication: Ability to understand and respect cultural differences, and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
