We are seeking a Strategic Healthcare Manager to lead our Ancillary Services & Partnerships team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our health insurance business.

You will be responsible for leading the strategic review and delivery of our ancillary products, ensuring they deliver exceptional health outcomes and value for customers, providers, and internal teams.

You will oversee fund rules, provider recognition, and operational execution, applying clinical insight into general treatment services.

Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, including government, hospitals, and professional bodies, you will influence decisions that shape our product offerings and drive enterprise-wide impact.

This permanent full-time position can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, and offers flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience managing health fund ancillary products including rules, restrictions, and benefits.
  • An understanding of the health insurance industry and legislation (PHI Act).
  • Demonstrated understanding of ancillary product design and ancillary claims management.
  • Previous experience in dealing with health professionals & industry associations.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to business processes.
  • An ability to consult and liaise at many levels within the organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen, forecasting, strategic, and innovative thinking required.
