Job Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with experience in healthcare environments?

This role requires a Product Lead to drive the development and delivery of digital platforms supporting virtual, home, and community care.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product roadmap, ensuring solutions are user-centric, clinically aligned, and operationally effective.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital health solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for platform optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to ensure frontline needs are met.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare environments with strong knowledge of clinical and operational workflows.
  • High level of digital literacy, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Power BI.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital health solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult, influence, and collaborate across clinical, technical, and business domains.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Health, Clinical Education, IT, Health Informatics, Health Information Management or related.
  • CHIA, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (Desirable).
