Healthcare Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting decision making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively. You will work closely with our Provider Strategy team to deliver high-quality analytics that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing meaningful insights, provisioning analysis on new healthcare funding methods, and monitoring benefit outlays. You will also be responsible for analyzing member risk profiles and providing advice on healthcare interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in mathematics, informatics, economics, statistics, health, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a mid-large corporate environment, preferably in a related role.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior stakeholder level.
