As an experienced agricultural sector leader, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and established relationships in regional Queensland to provide meaningful support to meet clients' needs.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building customer-centric relationships and has a strong commercial acumen with experience in managing and growing complex portfolios.

  • Work closely with clients to build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a range of financial solutions.
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a significant and diverse portfolio consisting of grain, cattle, dairy, and cotton producers, to name a few. The customers, who typically have credit facilities from $10M-$50M, are generally large multi-generational family-owned businesses that may have operations anywhere in Queensland.
