Business Development Manager - Agricultural Sector

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies across a portfolio of supplier brands and products, in addition to our own proprietary brands.
  • The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Category, Procurement and Proprietary teams to identify and prioritise high-value marketing initiatives within the Fertiliser, AgChem and Seed sectors.
  • This role requires analysis of expected returns on investment and prioritisation of marketing activities, ensuring focus on initiatives that maximise commercial outcomes.
About You:
  • You should have proven success in a similar Business Development Manager role with experience in B2B marketing.
  • A strong understanding of agriculture and experience in the Fertiliser or AgChem category would be highly valued, as would a background in Agronomy.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders.
