Job Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the Operations Manager with the day-to-day coordination and smooth running of the office
- To keep documents up to date in line with industry standards
- To ensure company documents are correct, kept up to date, properly organised and regularly checked according to the rules for managing documents
- To liaise with regulatory, accreditation and livestock traceability authorities when needed
- To support a collaborative workplace culture while maintaining professional stakeholder relationships and assisting with office operations and team initiatives
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative management
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A knowledge and understanding of agriculture
- Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A team player able to work cross-functionally to meet business objectives
- A problem solver with a professional manner
- Proficient IT skills (MS Office Suite)
