We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Foreman at IIQAF. In this position, you will work closely with the Foreman to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the management of day-to-day operations, coordinating resources, and overseeing the work of the construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Foreman in planning and coordinating daily activities on the construction site
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the construction team
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Review project plans and blueprints to identify potential issues and propose solutions
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
