
Injury Management Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Workers Compensation Team in Adelaide. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful applicant will be able to drive our self-insurance business forward, developing strategic business plans and engaging with key stakeholders to grow the division.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with current and prospective clients, delivering a broad range of claims & RTW services, collaborating with marketing and other divisions to enhance brand awareness, and leading and supporting various projects.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10+ years of industry experience in injury management, claims, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of medical protocols, Work Health and Safety practices and relevant legislation.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, LinkedIn.
- Analytical skills and preparedness to work with internal AI tools.
- Basic knowledge of Disability Discrimination & Equal Employment Opportunity Legislation.
