Key Job Opportunity:

This is a unique position that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

The successful candidate will be able to drive business growth by leveraging expertise in injury management.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Workers Compensation Team in Adelaide, focusing on strategic planning and client engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business strategies, identify services, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, deliver a range of claims & RTW services, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions to promote brand awareness, leverage opportunities, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Provide staff training, develop skills, and ensure accurate claims & RTW performance reporting.
  • Lead various projects and support the business in achieving its goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in injury management, claims, or related fields, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of medical protocols, Work Health and Safety practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work with AI tools, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of Disability Discrimination & Equal Employment Opportunity Legislation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential.

  • Strong understanding of legal principles relevant to injury management, fairness, and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and conduct effective meetings with stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people from various backgrounds and disciplines.
