
Part-time Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of our office, ensuring that all tasks and duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. They will be confident in their ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
Responsibilities- Manage mail operations and order office supplies
- Maintain kitchen areas and coordinate contractor access
- Manage office access cards and provide support for archiving/document storage
- Coordinate local vehicle servicing with the national fleet team
- Provide general support to the facilities and procurement teams as required
- Experience in office administration or customer service
- Current driver's licence
- Comfortable managing supplies, emails, systems, and physical tasks
- A friendly, proactive team player with good time management
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
