About the Role

As an Administration Trainee, you'll work closely with our team to support day-to-day operations and develop practical office skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing paper purchase orders (POs)
  • Maintaining licence updates and training registers
  • Assisting with service report processing
  • Matching invoices and entering approvals into MYOB
  • Monitoring and managing the Admin email inbox
  • Ordering and tracking stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Ensuring kitchens and print areas are stocked and tidy
  • Coordinating uniform and PPE management

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Eager to learn and develop administration skills
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A clear communicator who enjoys working in a team
  • Reliable, motivated, and keen to build a career in business administration
