Job Description
  • This is a hands-on role that involves project planning, technical support, customer assistance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, assessing resources, timelines, and potential challenges.
  • Lead the project delivery team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle and address technical challenges during planning, design, or installation.
  • Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshooting, and product optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure product functionality aligns with specifications and meet quality standards through testing and inspection.
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical / Electrical Aptitude
  • Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (Optional)
  • Commercial or heavy machine HVAC experience (Optional)
  • System design and installation experience (Optional)
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
