About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Assembly Line Specialists to join our Specialised Projects Division. As an Assembly Line Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling vehicles and conducting repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general support and assistance to the workshop floor
  • Operating machinery and power tools
  • Cleaning, preparing, and maintaining tools and work areas
  • Performing basic tasks independently, following established process guides
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience working with various materials such as steel, aluminum, fiberglass, etc.
  • Adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in vehicle body building or a related field
  • Experience in vehicle body building or associated fabrication trade
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and follow instructions and work procedures
  • Ability to assemble vehicles and conduct repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a high quality of workmanship, attention to detail
  • Physically capable to perform repetitive tasks – lifting, bending, twisting
  • Successfully complete a pre-placement medical including D&A testing
