Energy Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Energy Management Specialist to join our team in Tomago, NSW. In this role, you will work with the Branch Manager and rest of the Newcastle team to deliver hydrocarbon storage and delivery management system solutions for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service inspections, installations, commissioning, and maintenance services for hydrocarbon storage systems. They will also provide recommendations for products and services to clients and interact with customers on sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in the transition to a cleaner energy future and be part of a diverse range of projects, including biodiesel and Hydrotreated vegetable oil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out service inspections according to Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements
  • Install and commission new and existing hydrocarbon storage and management systems
  • Fabricate, assemble, fault find, dismantle, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment
  • Provide preventative maintenance services and repairs for hydrocarbon storage systems
  • Work safely and adhere to Job Safe Analysis, Safe Work Procedures, and Work Permit processes
Requirements:
  • Trade qualifications as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter (experience in petroleum/energy industry highly regarded)
  • Strong electrical aptitude and relevant background experience
  • Able to undertake installation and service works in the petroleum industry
  • Commitment to Work Health and Safety
