The Assembly Workers role is a key part of the new home frame assembly manufacturing team.

  • Assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses, and joists according to drafting plans with high quality and safety standards.
  • Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans.
  • Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking.
  • Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

About the Opportunity

  • Full-Time Permanent Role (38 hours/week).
  • Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays for OT).
  • Day Shift - 5:00am to 1:30pm.
  • Afternoon Shift - 1:30pm to 10:00pm.
  • Competitive pay rates.

Job Requirements

You will need:

  • Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual.
  • Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided.
  • A general understanding of assembly work.
  • Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
