Senior Housing Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our housing management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of our housing services, ensuring efficient and effective tenancy and property management practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and direction skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service experiences. They will also have a proven track record in managing customers' interests and expectations, resolving complaints and concerns satisfactorily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to direct reports, focusing on delivering high-quality services aligned with housing standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing change management strategies to enhance financial, customer, and staff outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with external service agreements, contracts, legislative, and accreditation frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership capability and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to facilitate stakeholder's interest.
  • Previous management level experience within aged care, retirement/independent living, community housing services, or hospitality services.
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in business, property, or a related discipline.
