**Job Summary**:

This is an executive position in our organization where you will sit on the Executive Management Committee to assist with best practices and clinical governance of client care. Care services are a 'mission critical' responsibility for delivering care to our clients. This includes the recruitment, training, and quality control of caregivers and related systems and processes as well as leading the care team.

The role is multifaceted and client-focused, managing a range of clients across different age groups. The position holder will be expected to inspire, motivate, and provide leadership to their team, assist in recruitment and retention of caregivers, commit to organizational as well as team objectives, manage and drive clinical governance, best practice with a focus on continuous improvement, take responsibility for their own and other's performance, development, and safety, think and act strategically, manage corporate risk effectively, report to Managing Directors, increase business growth, and contribute to organisational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase in growth of the business
  • Enquiries, in-home care assessments, supervisory visits and auditing of clinical teams
  • Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, and care facilities to deliver care services that meet market needs along with education on available services to clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
  • Experience in clinical management role leading care teams
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Aged Care, Disability and/or Management)
  • Certificate in specific nursing discipline (Dementia care, geriatric nursing, palliative care, continence care) - Highly desirable
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment - highly desirable for in-house training
