Job Title:

Logistics Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced logistics project manager to lead our ANZ Logistics Acceleration initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Manage project teams and stakeholders to drive seamless logistics solutions that deliver efficiency, digitization, and measurable business impact.
  • Change Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to lead change management and stakeholder engagement across the ANZ region.
  • Functional Implementation: Drive the implementation of new TMS capabilities across all project stages, from concept and ideation to go-live support.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and physical logistics operations, including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively manage project risks and issues to keep the project on track.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A seasoned project manager who excels at the intersection of digital and physical operations.

  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale supply chain or TMS transformation projects on time and within budget.

  • Practical change management experience, with a focus on optimizing adoption while maintaining robust operations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.

This is a 12-month contract position. Melbourne-based candidates will be required to travel to Wodonga and participate in global calls.
