Rehabilitation Counsellor Job Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and driven Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists to work with us.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to assist individuals in their recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios, providing counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting individuals with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
  • Conducting assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios.
  • Delivering counselling to individuals who are experiencing a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
  • Supporting individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Interacting and building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

Applicants must have full AHPRA or ASORC registration. Provisional Psychologists with an interest in Occupational Rehabilitation are also welcome to apply.
