Air Freight Export Specialist Job

  • Administrative role in freight forwarding.
  • Managing and completing tasks according to defined procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create & manage air export bookings.
  • General cargo & Life Science Customers.
  • Manage & handle Customer requirements.
  • Using tools, provide shipment visibility and profitability.
  • Ability to cross train in different aspects of the export department to provide support if required.
  • Handle general enquiries as required.
  • Support stakeholders in incident & exception management resolution.
  • Provide support and back up to colleagues.
  • Additional tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Requirements include:

  • General knowledge of Freight Forwarding.
  • Cargo Wise experience preferred.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Results driven.
  • Strong communication and administration skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Adaptable to changes due to customer requests.
  • High degree of reliability and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
