Job Title:

Site Operations Manager

Description:

The role of Site Operations Manager is a key position within our operations. As the first point of contact for all maintenance personnel to the site, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the facility.

This includes overseeing all contractors, technicians and visitors to the site. You will also be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and experience to manage the site's operations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Past experience in facilities management in an industrial environment
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar position in a commercial or industrial facility
  • Experience dealing with both national and local contractors and technicians
  • Experience with budget responsibility and budget management
