Mine Site Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our mining operations in Indonesia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to mine operations teams, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
- Business Objectives Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment of company business objectives across various departments, including mine planning, technical services, quality control, and human resources.
- Mine Contractor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Financial Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets for operational expenditures (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex).
- Talent Retention: Foster a positive work environment, reducing staff turnover rates and implementing performance metrics (KPIs) to drive site efficiency.
- Project Prioritization: Establish priorities for projects and develop associated plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree in Mining Engineering or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Proven experience in leading mine sites, preferably in developing countries.
- The ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa would be advantageous.
- A commitment to working a 4:2 roster and regular travel between Jakarta HQ and the mine site.
