  • We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager to join our team in Perth, AU.">
  • As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of all works associated with assigned packages.">
  • You will play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, monitoring and managing interfaces, project schedule, and standing in as the Registered Mine manager as required.">

Responsibilities:

  2. Ensure safe execution of all works associated with assigned package.">
  3. Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project.">
  4. Monitor and manage interfaces, project schedule, and stand in as the Registered Mine manager as required.">
  5. Manage site team and contractors to ensure they adhere to the Construction.">
  6. Monitor and report inclusion and diversity progress and compliance.">
  7. Coordinate the site team and contractor's participation in field leadership and safety pauses.">
  8. Monitor the contractor's site establishment activities.">
  9. Implement and manage critical control verifications (CCVs).">
  10. Manage all shutdown planning, preparation, and execution activities.">
  11. Oversee interface management with site functions and contract packages.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade or engineering qualification preferably with project management training.">
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment in the Mining Industry.">
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.">
