Responsibilities
  • Manage industrial relations matters in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Provide expert advice on industrial awards, agreements, and workplace policies.
  • Facilitate negotiations and consultations with unions and employee representatives.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve workplace disputes effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimise industrial relations risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the broader Human Resources team to support organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations legislation and best practices.
  • Experience managing workplace disputes and negotiations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
