We're seeking a highly skilled IT Change Coordinator to join our team at Talent International. As an IT Change Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of ITIL related change, working closely with our clients to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project administration, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with stakeholders and facilitating forums. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training plans, conducting training needs analysis, creating training manuals and job aids, and designing quick reference guides.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be tasked with crafting a strategic communications plan to support project objectives, updating the intranet with timely and relevant project information, and designing and distributing user feedback surveys. Your ability to perform readiness checks, develop test scripts, and provide hypercare support will be essential in ensuring a smooth transition during project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create training manuals and job aids tailored to project requirements.
  • Design quick reference guides to facilitate ease of learning.
  • Produce engaging training videos and BAU training videos to support project objectives.
  • Facilitate train the trainer sessions to empower internal trainers.
  • Deliver online training sessions with a focus on interactivity and retention.
  • Lead head onsite office training for hands-on experience.
  • Craft a strategic communications plan to support project objectives.
  • Update the intranet with timely and relevant project information.
  • Design and distribute user feedback surveys to gauge effectiveness.
  • Perform readiness checks to ensure smooth transition during project phases.
  • Develop test scripts to validate functionality and user experience.
  • Provide hypercare support, including additional materials and training as needed.
About the Role

This part-time engagement will require 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) and will be based at our inner-western suburbs office. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of up to $500 inclusive of Super and costs, depending on relevant experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in IT project administration.
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships with stakeholders and facilitating forums.
  • Sound project management skills and experience.
  • Experience working in IT change management or with CAB.
  • ITIL Certification (favourable but not essential).
  • Technical knowledge in the following areas will be highly advantageous: ITIL Framework, Governance, Quality Assurance Management, Process Documentation & Management, Digital Literacy, Organisational Learning & Development.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is up to $500 per day, inclusive of Super and costs. In addition to your remuneration, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
